What this training delivers:

Women will learn how to:

  • Communicate clearly and confidently without sounding aggressive or apologetic

  • Say “no” and set boundaries without over-explaining

  • Handle criticism and conflict calmly and professionally

  • Use proven frameworks to raise concerns, make requests, and give input

  • Project confidence through tone, body language, and presence

  • Speak up earlier — before issues become safety or performance problems

Program Duration: 3 hours (in person or virtual) + 60 minutes virtual practice

  • 1 - half day workshop (best in person)

Realplay Practice (2 scenarios in 60 minutes)

  • Delivered virtually by a coach/actor combo (Roleplayer Coach)

  • Providing one-on-one feedback and correction

  • Practice coaching and accountability skills in a safe online environment
