What this training delivers:
Women will learn how to:
Communicate clearly and confidently without sounding aggressive or apologetic
Say “no” and set boundaries without over-explaining
Handle criticism and conflict calmly and professionally
Use proven frameworks to raise concerns, make requests, and give input
Project confidence through tone, body language, and presence
Speak up earlier — before issues become safety or performance problems
Program Duration: 3 hours (in person or virtual) + 60 minutes virtual practice

Realplay Practice (2 scenarios in 60 minutes)
Delivered virtually by a coach/actor combo (Roleplayer Coach)
Providing one-on-one feedback and correction
