This course equips trades leaders with the real-world leadership skills they need to confidently manage crews, handle jobsite challenges, and build a culture of accountability and respect. Through hands-on modules, peer coaching, and live practice sessions, this course is designed to make the concepts sticked and they’re tailored for the realities of the trades.

Course Modules

Program Details

  • 1 Full Day (7 hours) or

  • 2 Half Days (4 hours each)

  • 9 biweekly training sessions (90 minutes each, virtual)

  • 4 monthly peer coaching calls (60 minutes)

  • 2 private realplay practice sessions with a roleplay coach

  • Downloadable tools and templates

$2,800 per participant
